Definitions:

You/Your/Our - Customer/Member

Bookings:

All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for online before each sessions. Please visit the website: https//:www.primary-steps.com for more info. 

Booking Conditions:

1. All course bookings are subject to availability

2. Bookings are non-refundable or transferable, unless at the discretion of the Director

3. It is YOUR responsibility to check that you have successfully booked onto the correct Tennis Time program and are aware of the correct timings of each class.

4. It is YOUR responsibility to know the length of the sessions you book

5. YOU will be required to notify us of any medical conditions for anyone that is participating in our programs

6. WE reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions within this document.

Payments:

1. Courses run all-year round and will be updated on the website and the booking system we currently use.

2. All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for online before each session

3. Payments can only be made through our booking system; Class 4 Kid.

4. The payments used is through Stripe

5. This can be done per

  1. Full Term

  2. Monthly

  3. Single Session (subject to availability)

Cancellation Policy:

1. Any cancelled sessions will be announced at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.

2. Any cancellations under 48hrs of course date & time, will not be refunded nor credited. We have limited availabilities and spaces for each course. 

3. Any sessions cancelled due to coach unavailability; an alternative session will be offered at a given date during the term.

General Policies:

1. Tennis Time LTd. can accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal items during our sessions.

2. Dress code: you and your child should dress in comfortable clothing whereby you can move easily.

3. You are responsible for arriving on time for each session.

4. Any aggressive actions, whether verbal or physical, will not be tolerated.

5. We receive the right to decline anyone access that does comply with our policies. Any rights to a refund will be voided in such cases.
